Madrasah Zeenatul Quran may occasionally take photographs of children for educational and promotional purposes. Photographs may at times be published on the Madrasah website, You Tube, whatsApp, promotional materials, Madrasah notice board or newspapers. If a photograph of your child is used in a publication, we will not disclose the name or address without further permission. To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, we need your permission before we use any photographs that we have taken. Please complete the declaration below and return it to Madrasah Zeenatul Quran.

All the photographs will be kept in a secure location and only authorised staff will have access to them.

We will only use images of pupils who are suitably dressed.

Historic photographs will remain on our Madrasah website and social media feeds.

Websites and social media platforms can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom where UK law applies.
